The spitting and drooling Dilophosaurus is a Tier 2 Forest dino. The name for this two-crested lizard comes from the Greek roots di-(two) + lophos-(crest) +sauros-(lizard). Sure enough, the specimen directly below sports two oversized head crests.

Judging from all that drooling and spitting, it appears likely these toddlers are learning one of their first lessons in life - never, ever eat those pretty red flowers.
